• The Streak-The leader who possesses super-speed. He is based on Jay Garrick Flash. Streak died during a war that destroyed most of their world along with the other members of The Guild. When Streak and the others found out they were illusions projected by Ray, he and the other members attacked Ray to stop him, knowing that they'd cease to exist as well. He is voiced by David Naughton.

• Cat Man-a member of the Guild who is a master martial artist. He is based on Wildcat. He has a Cat-Cycle and is often paired up with Black Siren on missions. He also possesses a grappling hook and retractable claws. He died in a nuclear war alongside his teammates. When he found out he was an illusion made by Ray, he and the others fought back, knowing they'd disappear forever. He is voiced by Stephen Root.

• Green Guardsman- a member of the Guild who wields a power ring. He is based on Alan Scott Green Lantern. His ring is ineffective against aluminum. He and his teammates died during a nuclear war. When he and his teammates found out they were projections of Ray's mind, he and the others fought back, knowing they'd cease to exist in the process. He is voiced by William Katt.

• Tom Turbine- the team's brains. Tom Turbine has a genius intellect. He possesses a power belt that gives him super-strength and speed. He is based on Al Pratt Atom and the Golden Age Superman. He and the other members of The Guild died during a nuclear war. When he and the others found out they were projections of Ray's mind, he and others fought back, knowing they'd disappear forever. He is voiced by Ted McGinley.

• Black Siren-the only female member of the Justice Guild, while on a team of all males, she takes it upon herself to handle the household chores and duties. She is often paired with Cat Man on missions. She is based on Dinah Drake version of Black Canary. She and the others died during a nuclear war. When they were revived by Ray, they fought back, knowing they'd disappear. She is voiced by Jennifer Hale.

• Ray Thompson-the team's mascot. When the Guild died during a nuclear war, Ray survived and developed psychic and reality-warping abilities. He became physically deformed. He used his powers to resurrect the world he once knew, including the Justice Guild. When the others found out they were projections, the Justice Guild fought back and killed Ray, along with the world and the Guild. He is voiced by Neil Patrick Harris.
