Judith Exner - Memoir

Memoir

Exner published her own account in Judith Exner: My Story (1977). In it, she said that her relationship with Kennedy was entirely personal. Sinatra later introduced her to Sam Giancana, with whom she became involved, and John Roselli was a friend. She said that Giancana never asked her for anything related to Kennedy.

Exner recounted knowledge of several alleged affairs by JFK, which have been widely related since by historians and journalists. These affairs included one with a Danish woman (believed by the FBI to have been a German spy) during World War II, as well as a short relationship with Marilyn Monroe. Exner also said that Kennedy brought prostitutes to the White House swimming pool. Journalists such as Seymour Hersh, as well as historians, have documented Kennedy's numerous affairs; a memo by J. Edgar Hoover on the topic is part of the evidence.
