Professional Career

Following graduation, Pace would play in the 2005 NBA summer league with the Utah Jazz. However, he was not offered a spot on the team. For the start of the 2006-2007 season, Pace played in Finland for Kouvet before leaving in December 2006.

For the 2006 NBL season, Pace played with the Nelson Giants in the New Zealand National Basketball League. He was named an NBL All-Star with averages of 19.1 points (51.4% FG, 66.7% FT, 25.0% 3pt), 6.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.4 steals. He continued with the Nelson Giants in 2007, and was a member of the championship team, and was named league MVP.

In November 2007, Pace became a starter for the CBA expansion team, the East Kentucky Miners, based in Pikeville, Kentucky. Pace would play in 40 games (starting 35), and finished leading the team in scoring (23.0 ppg) while also posting averages of 7.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game. He earned All-CBA Second Team honors.

During June 2008, Pace received invitations to try out for the Golden State Warriors, the Miami Heat and the Indiana Pacers. Pace did not receive an offer from any of the teams, but on July 16, 2008, Pace signed with BC Kalev/Cramo, a professional basketball team located in Tallinn, Estonia. With the team he won the 2008-09 season Estonian National Championship and the Estonian National Cup. Pace would finish the season with averages of 9.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.

In the 2009-10 season, Pace signed with the Southeast Texas Mavericks of the American Basketball Association. Pace averaged 18 points and seven rebounds. Following his stint in the ABA, Pace played with the Hawke's Bay Hawks of the New Zealand NBL.

In January 2013, Pace signed with the Nelson Giants.
