Staffing
Many specialists are hired under the Grantholder contracts scheme. In the past there were problems with these (2005) and it was temporarilly replaced with the Contract Agent scheme. Grantholder contracts were subsequently reintroduced. There is currently a discussion concerning these ongoing between grantholders and Dominique Ristori Director General.
