Board of Directors
As a state agency, the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors is held by the Menteri Besar (Chief Minister), together with ten (10) other directors comprising:
- the Chief Executive of JCorp;
- three (3) officials of the Johor Civil Service:
- the State Secretary;
- the State Legal Advisor;
- the State Financial Officer;
- three (3) officials of the Federal Government:
- the Secretary-General to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry;
- the Secretary-General to the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development; and
- the Secretary of Loan Management and Finance Policy Division, Ministry of Finance; and
- three (3) independent directors appointed amongst the business community.
