As a state agency, the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors is held by the Menteri Besar (Chief Minister), together with ten (10) other directors comprising:

  • the Chief Executive of JCorp;
  • three (3) officials of the Johor Civil Service:
    • the State Secretary;
    • the State Legal Advisor;
    • the State Financial Officer;
  • three (3) officials of the Federal Government:
    • the Secretary-General to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry;
    • the Secretary-General to the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development; and
    • the Secretary of Loan Management and Finance Policy Division, Ministry of Finance; and
  • three (3) independent directors appointed amongst the business community.
