Johnnie Lee Higgins (born September 8, 1983) is an American football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the third round (99th overall and the last pick of the first day) out of the University of Texas at El Paso in the 2007 NFL Draft.
Higgins has also been a member of the Philadelphia Eagles. He is the cousin of San Diego Chargers cornerback Quentin Jammer.
