John Payne (voice Actor)

John Payne is an English voice actor who works with Ocean Studios in Vancouver, British Columbia. He has played several roles in anime, most notably Ramba Ral in Mobile Suit Gundam and Rasetsu in InuYasha.

John Payne is also an expert mariner, with many years of experience as a sailor and passenger ferry captain. For several years John served as fleet captain for the Tiddly Cove Yacht Club.
