When the seminary was erected, Rev. Fr. Mabini "Butch" O. Cabildo served as its first Rector from 2007-2010. When he celebrated his 10th sacerdotal anniversary (years in the priesthood), he was granted a sabbatical leave so the position was left vacant. Rev. Fr. Joselito "Lito" A. Santos, the Prefect of Discipline and vice-rector then, took on the position "Rector" until the following school year. He was appointed as the second Rector of the seminary by his excellency, Most Rev. Gabriel V. Reyes, D.D., the bishop of Antipolo. On August 4, 2011, the feast of St. John Mary Vianney, Fr. Lito announced to the community that he has been assigned by Bishop Gabby as his new secretary. Since he was assigned such, Rev. Fr. Jose Bautista was appointed as the acting Rector.
Rev.Fr. Mark Anthony Naval is the Prefect of Discipline, he was just ordained last October 15,2011 on the feast of St.Teresa of Avila. Rev. Fr. Cristopher Gonzales is the Spiritual Director and Confessor.
S. Maria Julisa Jugadora, RVM serves as the Treasurer and S. Maria Marilou Madronero, RVM is the Prefect of Studies of the Minor Seminary.
