Coaching Career
Immediately after retiring, Aloisi started his coaching career, being appointed youth manager at Melbourne Heart.
On 8 May 2012 it was announced that he had accepted a three year contract to be manager of A-League club Melbourne Heart.
On 5 October 2012 he got his first ever win as manager as Melbourne Heart beat their rivals Melbourne Victory 2-1.
