Bipartisanship
Congressional Quarterly ranked Senator Manchin as the 2nd most bipartisan Senator in the Democratic Caucus. In his first year in office, Senator Manchin met one-on-one with all of his 99 Senate colleagues in an effort to get to know them better.
On December 13, 2010, Senator Manchin participated in the launch of No Labels, a new, nonpartisan organization that is "committed to bringing all sides together to move the nation forward."
