Jesse Borrego (born August 1, 1962 in San Antonio) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Cruz Candelaria in Blood in, Blood out, Jesse V. Valesquez in Fame, Gael Ortega in 24, and recently as George King in Dexter.
