Personal Life
The Kapoors had three children: a daughter Sanjana Kapoor, who now runs Prithvi Theatre, and two sons, Kunal Kapoor, who is an actor, and Karan Kapoor, a photographer and erstwhile actor.
She was diagnosed with terminal colon cancer in 1982; she died of the disease in 1984.
