He is a 4 ft 7 in sized blue gelatin being with orange eyes. He has a strange resemblance to Gumby. He appears to be very serious for the creature he is. Bobobo-bobobobo will occasionally use Jelly Jiggler's structure to his own benefit (Bobobo-bobobobo punches holes out of Jelly Jiggler's body for an attack).
