Jean Mc Garry
Jean McGarry is an author of fiction and a Professor in the Writing Seminars program at Johns Hopkins University. She served as chairperson of the department from 1997-2005.
She received her BA from Harvard in 1970, and an MA in Writing from JHU in 1983.
In addition to being a novelist, she has written many short stories, that have appeared in: The New Yorker, The Yale Review, Boulevard, The Southwest Review, and other publications.
