As per order of the Delimitation Commission in respect of the delimitation of constituencies in the West Bengal, parliamentary constituency no. 19 Jaynagar is composed of the following segments from 2009:

- Basanti (SC) (assembly constituency no. 128)
- Kultali (SC) (assembly constituency no. 129)
- Jaynagar (SC) (assembly constituency no. 136)
- Canning Paschim (SC) (assembly constituency no. 138)
- Canning Purba (assembly constituency no. 139)
- Magrahat Purba (SC) (assembly constituency no. 141)
In 2004, Joynagar constituency was composed of the following assembly segments:
- Sandeshkhali (SC) (assembly constituency no. 98)
