Jay Henderson
Jay Elliot Henderson (born September 17, 1978) is a former Canadian professional ice hockey winger, most recently playing with the Nottingham Panthers of the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL). He was the final player drafted in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, picked in the ninth round, 246th overall, by the Boston Bruins.
