Jawanda

Jawanda is a Jat surname traditionally found in Greater India particularly in the Punjab. As Punjabis, Jawandas are primarilly of the Sikh faith on the Indian side (east) of the border, and followers of Islam on the village of Dhaunkal Gujranwala district and Mandiyala village in Sailkot district Pakistani side (west) of Punjab.
