Jasper High offers over eighty courses. The school follows a seven period daily schedule (8:00 am – 3:00pm), with two and a half lunch periods during fifth period. The study hall class begins eating halfway between the first lunch and finishes halfway through the second lunch. The seniors reside in the Senior lounge during lunches, while the study hall class is moved to the auditorium. This is to create more space in the normal cafeteria because of the decreased space due to the gym collapse and increased number of students.
