Jason Grill - Law School

Law School

After graduating from college, Jason enrolled at the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School. While at Missouri, he earned an advanced certificate in dispute resolution, and was a member of the Dean's List three times. Jason went back to Washington D.C. where he interned in the CNN Washington D.C. Bureau.

One of Jason's most enlightening experiences came when he worked at the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City, during his last semester in Columbia. While at the Capitol, Jason worked with representative Trent Skaggs and other Kansas City Northland Democrat legislators, as well as various Statewide officials. This gave Jason an intimate understanding of the recent issues and challenges facing Missouri, as well as a close-up view of the day to day routine of a Missouri legislator.

Famous quotes containing the words law and/or school:

All things are literally better, lovelier, and more beloved for the imperfections which have been divinely appointed, that the law of human life may be Effort, and the law of human judgment, Mercy.
    John Ruskin (1819–1900)

School divides life into two segments, which are increasingly of comparable length. As much as anything else, schooling implies custodial care for persons who are declared undesirable elsewhere by the simple fact that a school has been built to serve them.
    Ivan Illich (b. 1926)
