Death
He died in his home in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 29, 1916. Mary Hill died in 1922 and was buried next to her husband by the shore of Pleasant Lake (North Oaks, Minnesota) on their North Oaks farm. Because of vandals or curious admirers both graves were later moved to Resurrection Cemetery in St. Paul for safer keeping.
