Death

Cleveland died on February 9, 1991. According to his foster son, Christopher Harris Cleveland, Cleveland had contracted AIDS through homosexual liaisons, and died of AIDS. Cleveland is interred at the Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, California.
