Jabari Arthur (born August 28, 1982 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian football wide receiver for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. He signed with the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL as a rookie free agent. Arthur was released by the Chiefs on August 30, 2008.
