Orsini is a former Miss World Puerto Rico 2008. She represented Puerto Rico in Miss World 2008, held in South Africa on December 13, 2008, in which she placed as one of the top fifteen semi-finalists. Prior to the main event, Orsini placed in two of the fast track competitions: among the top ten finalists in the "Beach Beauty" competition and among the top 32 finalists in the "Top Model" competition.
