In 2005 Ivana and the Serbian singer Indira Radić made an impressive tour in 5 Bulgarian cities. She sang her newer and older hits, traditional Bulgarian folk songs and made a duet with Indira Radić.
In 2005,2006 and 2007 Ivana took part in the national tour of Planeta TV and Payner along with 8 more famous Bulgarian singers, including Kamelia, Emilia, Maria,etc.
"Ivana LIVE Tour USA 2008" took place in Atlantic city, New York, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Tampa, Chicago and Washington. She performed seven concerts for the Bulgarians living in USA.
