Itanagar is situated at southern part of Arunachal Pradesh. The National Highway no 52A connect Itanagar to the other part of Assam and India. Regular Bus and Helicopter service is available form Guwahati. The construction of New Broad Gauge Railway line from Harmuty to Itanagar is going on.
