"Invisible" was covered by Ashlee Simpson, released as a single in the summer of 2006; to date, it is the first single by Simpson that she did not co-write. Although it was said that the song would be included on a re-released version of Simpson's 2005 platinum album I Am Me, this did not occur. It appears as a bonus track on some editions of her third album Bittersweet World.

Famous quotes containing the words simpson and/or version:
“The man who married Magdalene
Had not forgiven her.
God might pardon every sin . . .
Love is no pardoner.”
—Louis Simpson (b. 1923)
“Truth cannot be defined or tested by agreement with the world; for not only do truths differ for different worlds but the nature of agreement between a world apart from it is notoriously nebulous. Ratherspeaking loosely and without trying to answer either Pilates question or Tarskisa version is to be taken to be true when it offends no unyielding beliefs and none of its own precepts.”
—Nelson Goodman (b. 1906)
