Interstate 84 in Idaho - Future

Future

(As of June 2008) The current pavement starting from the Broadway Interchange in Boise to just before the Cole and Overland Interchange is the original pavement built almost 40 years ago. The Idaho Transportation Department is planning to add a third and fourth lane in that area and repave the bumpy road. In the area between the Meridian Interchange and the Garrity Interchange they are currently creating a third lane due to the heavy traffic in that area. The lanes are now open between Broadway (Exit 54) and the Nampa area (Exit 38). ITD Plans to continue the lanes until about the Caldwell area.

Famous quotes containing the word future:

But I choose to think he is escaped from the possibility of falling into any future afflictions, and that neither the malice of his pretended friends nor the sufferings of his real ones can ever again rend and torment his honest heart.
    Sarah Fielding (1710–1768)

I don’t see much future for the Americans.... Everything about the behavior of American society reveals that it’s half Judaized, and the other half negrified. How can one expect a State like that to hold together?
    Adolf Hitler (1889–1945)

Autonomy means women defining themselves and the values by which they will live, and beginning to think of institutional arrangements which will order their environment in line with their needs.... Autonomy means moving out from a world in which one is born to marginality, to a past without meaning, and a future determined by others—into a world in which one acts and chooses, aware of a meaningful past and free to shape one’s future.
    Gerda Lerner (b. 1920)
