Outcomes
As a result of the international focus on Women in 1975, a number of institutions were established:
- International Research and Training Institute for the Advancement of Women (INSTRAW)
- United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM)
- Women's Studies Resource Centre was established in South Australia during July.
