- Master of Business Administration
The MBA programme consists of three semesters of study within a fourteen-month period. During the first and second semester, ten subjects will be offered in which various aspects of management will be dealt with. Among others, these include the four functional areas (Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Financial Management), Personal Skills Training and two core subjects General Management and Strategic Management. Extensive use of case studies and personal experiences will provide the necessary link between theory and practice. The integration of the various disciplines and the role of the manager will be a key issue within the programme. The programme is completed with a thesis, which involves an assignment to analyze and solve a strategic problem within a company.
- Master of Business Administration in International Business Management
The MBA in International Business & Management programme consists of three semesters of study within a fourteen calendar month period. The first semester includes a residential introduction course. Students are expected to take one semester in Groningen and one in Cambridge. The third may be spent anywhere in the world.
