Affiliates
I-RMS has a subsidiary, I-RMS Africa Ltd., based in Nairobi, Kenya. This subsidiary formed a joint venture, KK Lodgit, with KK Security, one of Africa's largest security companies in 2008 but this came to an end with KK buying the I-RMS shareholding in December 2010. KK Security and I-RMS have no ties whatsoever.
