According to the publisher this game does not work with Nvidia GeForce 6 chips and higher. And since the Industry Giants developer team does not exist anymore there probably won't be any official solution to this problem available. However, an unofficial fix has been made that allows the game to work on these chips. UIG Entertainment, the publisher of the Giant Series also incorporates the patch into the 2012 edition of the Industry and Transport Giant series.
