The Houses
The students of the school are organised in 4 Houses, which compete against each other in intra-school tournaments, which include sporting, quizzing etc. The houses are named after significantly famous places in Oman. The houses are Muscat House, Nizwa House, Sohar House, and Sur House.

Famous quotes containing the word houses:
“And the Harvard students in the brick
hallowed houses studied Sappho in cement rooms.
And this Sappho danced on the grass
and danced and danced and danced.
It was a death dance.”
—Anne Sexton (19281974)
“Hast ever ben in Omaha
Where rolls the dark Missouri down,
Where four strong horses scarce can draw
An empty wagon through the town?
Where sand is blown from every mound
To fill your eyes and ears and throat;
Where all the steamboats are aground,
And all the houses are afloat?...
If not, take heed to what I say,
Youll find it just as I have found it;
And if it lies upon your way
For Gods sake, reader, go around it!”
