Imperium Comics

Imperium Comics is a Reading, Pennsylvania-based small press comic book publisher. The company was founded by Christopher March and James Dracoules. The first comic book title to appear under the Imperium imprint was the horror anthology book Trailer Park of Terror. Four issues of Trailer Park of Terror were published featuring black and white interior artwork.

The book was relaunched in 2004 as a series of "color specials", now featuring full color interiors. The color issues showcase a variety of writers and artists just like the original anthology book. The stories are all new and meant as a continuation of the Black and White series.

In 2004, a second title was added entitled Furious Fist of the Drunken Monkey. This second title, written and illustrated by Rich Stahnke, was a humor action book featuring a heroic chimpanzee. Imperium published two issues of the Drunken Monkey title.

In 2005, the Trailer Park of Terror property was optioned for motion picture development by producer Jonathan Bogner and his company Bogner Entertainment.

Currently Bogner Entertainment has wrapped production of the film, starring Nichole Hiltz.

The launch of a third comic title from Imperium happened in 2006, when the company released the mini series entitled Pierce.
