Igor Smirnov
Igor Nikolaevich Smirnov (Russian: И́горь Никола́евич Смирно́в, Igor Nikolayevich Smirnov), (born October 23, 1941) was the President of the internationally unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic, also known as Transnistria, from 1991 to 2011.
