Hujiao Bing

Hújiāo bǐng (Chinese: 胡椒餅; pinyin: Hújiāo bǐng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: hô͘-chio-piáⁿ; literally "black pepper cake") is a Chinese snack composed of meat marinated with sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, and scallions encased in a large, flaky biscuit-like bread; this wrapping is not leavened with yeast. The biscuit of the hújiāo bǐng is not oily because the meat filling is already fatty and juicy. Hújiāo bǐng is typically baked in a clay oven.

Hújiāo bǐng originated in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian, China and is often sold in night markets in Taiwan.
