Hugo Blanco
Hugo Blanco Galdos (born November 15, 1934 in Cuzco) is a Peruvian political figure, leader of the Confederación Campesina del Perú (CCP, Campesino Confederation of Peru), leader of Trotsky's Fourth International and a writer.
