Students & Culture
There are over 1000 students at HMS. There are over 300 students in the sixth grade. HMS encourages students to take a world language in 8th grade. Also, the middle school offers a Drama Club, averaging one shows a year, where the students are given the opportunities to build the sets as well as manage the lights and sound of the performances. Football at HMS is a student loved event. The eighth grade team is very skilled.
