Huang Sian Teh is not only a skilled martial artist but also the first Chinese Poet Laureate and a talented painter. Huang is involved in the leadership of the following organizations:

While over the age of ninety Huang remains healthy in both body and mind and is able to continue his responsibilities at the Taipei Martial Arts Association offices on Pa-Teh Road in Taipei. Huang has a sharp memory and can recount nearly a centuries worth of priceless knowledge regarding the history of Chinese martial arts dating back to the Qing Dynasty. At the age of 86 Huang was one of the hosts of the first group of Shaolin Monks to visit the Island of Taiwan in 2005, and he continues to be active in the world martial arts community overseeing branches of the World Chinese Martial Arts Federation all over the world.
