Rich has an office in the SoHo section of Manhattan. Howard Rich currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife Andrea, and is now expanding his property portfolio to include foreign investments. He gives scholarships to talented kids to leave public schools and study at top private schools; it's called the Student Sponsor Partnership in New York.
