Hossam El Sayed Ghali (Arabic: حسام غالي; born 15 December 1981 in Kafr El-Sheikh) is an Egyptian football midfielder. He is the team captain of the Egyptian Premier League side Al-Ahly. Ghali plays mainly as a central midfielder, less frequently as a right full-back and due to injuries even an outside midfielder. He has played 43 international matches for Egypt.
Ghali is a former player for Tottenham Hotspur, where he played between 2006 and 2009. His time at the club was marked by scandals.
