Horace Edward Ramsden

Horace Edward Ramsden VC (15 December 1878 – 3 August 1948) was a South African recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. He was awarded the VC for saving his brothers life.
