In the US, "Honey" was released in 1999 as a double A-side with "Run On".

"Honey" was also was featured in the 2003 film Holes and the 2001 video game Mad Dash Racing.

The song heavily samples "Sometimes", a recording by gospel singer Bessie Jones.
