Netherlands
In de Netherlands homeroom is called begeleidingsles. This occurs only 1 period in the week and must be attended. A classes mentor does this and in the Begeleidingsles the mentor gives important dates, talk about problems etc. Sometimes the mentor does nothing and will just watch over the class. Homeroom is only done in High school ( Ages 12-18)
