Herman Finer

Herman Finer (February 24, 1898, Bessarabia, Imperial Russia - March 4, 1969, Chicago) was a Bessarabian-born British political scientist and Fabian socialist. He taught for many years at the University of Chicago. He was a brother of Samuel Finer.
