History
Bernhard Schneider purchased the land that Henderson Village is currently sitting on in 1979. Following the purchase of a home on the property in 1994, he acquired homes on the property. He opened them as a bed and breakfast in 1998, when there was six tenant cottages and four homes. Today there are 24 rooms total.
