Hefty is a brand name of disposable kitchen ware, and cleaning products such as trash bags and trash cans. Their product line includes moulded and lose foam packaging, tableware, children’s disposable tableware, slider closure food storage and freezer bags, and disposable cookware.
Hefty was founded by Mobil Corporation, and then was brought and sold throughout the 90's and 00's eventually being brought by the New Zealand private equity fund Reynolds Group Holdings in 2010.
