Head 2 Head - Show Features

Show Features

After the opening monologue from Ashley Bradnam, the defending champion would walk down his or her tunnel with the Championship Belt, a large boxing or wrestling style belt with the Head 2 Head logo emblazoned on it. The challenger would then enter from the other tunnel.

The hot seat was a red chair on a platform in which the competitor would sit during the first and second quarters.

At the end of each game, the losing contestant would be sent back down the challenger's tunnel while the winner would hold up the Championship Belt and show it to the crowd.

Famous quotes containing the words show and/or features:

There is no country in which so absolute a homage is paid to wealth. In America there is a touch of shame when a man exhibits the evidences of large property, as if after all it needed apology. But the Englishman has pure pride in his wealth, and esteems it a final certificate. A coarse logic rules throughout all English souls: if you have merit, can you not show it by your good clothes and coach and horses?
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

However much we may differ in the choice of the measures which should guide the administration of the government, there can be but little doubt in the minds of those who are really friendly to the republican features of our system that one of its most important securities consists in the separation of the legislative and executive powers at the same time that each is acknowledged to be supreme, in the will of the people constitutionally expressed.
    Andrew Jackson (1767–1845)
