Influence On The Independence Movement
Harry Thuku's ideals and approach went on to inform the larger struggle for political and economic independence that took Africa as a wild-fire in the late 40's to 60's. Harry Thuku played an important role in the evolution of African nationalism within his country. He later on retired to a successful life in business in Kabete, Central province, Kenya.
