Haranath Chakraborty (alternate spelling Haronath Chakraborty Bengali: হরনাথ চক্রবর্তী) is a noted Indian Bengali film director. He is the most prominent director of the Bengali film Industry. He is assistant director of Anjan Chowdhury Group. His first directorial debut film Mangaldip was released in 1989.
