Harald Thon (born 1954) is a Norwegian orienteering competitor and world champion.
He received a gold medal in the relay event at the 1981 World Orienteering Championships in Thun, with Øyvin Thon, Tore Sagvolden and Sigurd Dæhli.
He received another relay gold medal in 1983, with Morten Berglia, Øyvin Thon and Tore Sagvolden. He finished tenth in the individual event in the 1981 championships.
Harald Thon is older brother of Øyvin Thon.
